SAWS eBill Registration
1. Account Information
We need to identify your SAWS service account so we can create your online eBill account. The information can be found on your SAWS bill. If you have more than one SAWS account you can add others later.
SAWS Account Number:
- - Copy your account number exactly as it appears on your SAWS paper bill, without dashes or spaces. See example below.
Service Address:
Copy your service number exactly as it appears on your SAWS paper bill. See example below.
Number
If your service address contains a directional indicator (e.g. N, S, E, W, NE, NW, SE, SW), then copy the directional indicator exactly as it appears on your SAWS paper bill. See example below.
Directional
(e.g. N, W, SE)
Copy your service street name exactly as it appears on your SAWS paper bill. See example below.
Street Name
Copy your service apartment number or suite identification as it appears on your SAWS paper bill.

2. User Name and Password
Select the user name and password you will use to access your accounts. Both must be between 8 and 16 characters in length and contain only numbers and letters. In addition, your password MUST contain both numbers AND letters and is case-sensitive.
User Name: User name must be between 8 and 16 characters in length and contain only numbers and letters.
Password: Passwords are case sensitive and must be between 8 to 16 characters in length and contain a combination of both numbers and letters.
Confirm Password: Reenter your password, it must match the password given above.
3. Contact Information
We need an e-mail address where we can contact you. The the secret question will be used to verify your identity if you forget your password.
E-mail Address: We need an e-mail address where we can contact you.
Confirm E-mail Address: Reenter your e-mail, it must match the e-mail address given above.
Secret Question: Choose a secret question that will be used to verify your identity if you forget your password.
Secret Answer: Your answer to your secret question will be used to confirm your identity if you forget your password.
4. Electronic Billing (eBill Mail)
Go paperless! When you choose this option, SAWS will discontinue mailing your traditional paper bill each month. Instead you will receive an e-mail notification when your latest bill is available for payment.
